Account Executives

Job Description:

The role of Account Executive requires a significant amount of multi-tasking. Applicants for this position must be able to:

  • Manage several accounts simultaneously
  • Facilitate work-flow between departments
  • Track and monitor progress of all work
  • Provide adequate and exemplary feedback to clients
  • Manage client expectations
  • Deliver completed work in a timely manner
  • Manage the work schedules of personnel inter-departmental personnel

Relationship Manager

Job Description:

Working together with the full support of the team, Relationship Managers sell the services of Newsbeat wire companies as well as source new leads and opportunities. These individuals take part in every aspect of generating new business: from sourcing opportunities to pitching, issuing the proposal, and closing the sale. Relationship Managers will also handle the aftersales of a new client, work in tandem with the Account Management team, and ensure that all of the new client’s needs and requirements are fulfilled according to their satisfaction. To carry out this challenging and dynamic role, Relationship Managers are required to:

  • Analyze past and present sales, market trends and competitor movements
  • Sell our services to new clients and increase sales to existing clients
  • Track potential and current sales using sales or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and provide progress reports to upper-level management
  • Manage the needs of current clients by answering queries regarding products or services and facilitating conflict resolution when required
